1. Educational background: When did they graduate? [Not just the materials they use to represent a School.]
Watch out for "side stepping" the issue, like I studied with so and so and play these styles.
2. Years of Professional Teaching Experience: Not when they started playing.
3. How they teach, communicated plainly and directly.
4. Professional Track Records, Accomplishments.
